Shipping Guidelines

We encourage all retailers to call with any questions and special requests.

To access the Shopping Cart, each retailer will need a user name and password. If you do not have one or lost one, just call us at 310-419-6558. We will need a reseller number to set-up your account.

Shopping and Ordering via the Internet:
If a retailer prefers to purchase directly from the Site, we offer PayPal® for convenience and security. A 30% charge will be added to the order to cover shipping and box expenses. Shipping will be via Fed-ex to the store location. For example, if the fish invoice from the shopping cart is $500, $150 will be added to the invoice (most likely three boxes) to cover the shipment to the store, boxes, and heat packs.

Shopping via the internet and then placing the order by fax, e-mail, or phone:
Once we receive the order, we will contact you to provide the best means of shipping. We ship from the LAX airport to all States Monday through Thursday. For the Southwest region of the USA we use a variety of additional regional carriers for direct store deliveries.
